Being overly edgy has always been trash. I doubt this movie will push its limits like the comics. I mean just look at the live action adaptations of Preacher and The Boys.One of the worst movies I ever watched

garbage ass comic, no reason at all too make this adaptation. Crossed was not huge like that and no type of mass appeal.. seeing dead babies and children killed in brutal fashion is shock, for shock's sake
they should make it an animated series and just go that route

As I matured I found all of that edgelord UK writers very cringe.
Preacher was a mess with a vastly worse ending than the comic. I was disappointed with preacher from jump and should have left that shyt alone. I have a sinking suspicion the boys is gonna leave me the same wayShow is vastly superior to the comic. I actually didn't finish the Preacher series
