Which you’ll lose and complain again instead of being satisfied with the outcomes.

Your way doesn’t work.
Losing is fine , it will give a good indication of what the people want. Clearly the people didn't want more kamala types that hang around elites and wealthy

This disrespectful lol
If you argue with the nap mamba for too long you might have the contagion :francis:.

Free childcare
Medicare 4all
Free college education
Free or day care vouchers
Student loan forgiveness
Raising mininum wage
Standard PAID maternity/paternity leave
Lower social security age
Higher corporate tax rates
Higher taxes for wealthy
Free dental and/or eye doctor
Cutting defense spending
Raising education spending
Higher wages for teachers
These are all things that were adopted by the Biden administration and the Democratic Party as a whole outside of defense cuts.

Progressives should finish seeing those things through instead of “attempting to shift the Overton window” when those gains have not been met and normalized by all Americans.

Most of those things above biden told his centrist caucus that they weren't important enough items in the immediate term and they should be tabled until the future to pass infrastructure. When in reality , the MAJORITY Americans agree with everything I listed at high levels but a small segment of centrist work for donors that fighr against progress.

As far as the Overton window, if it's not consistently challenged it will swing back the other way which is what we're seeing now. You have to consistently push for progress, voters don't like more of the same.

I think you have to get some wins on the board and passing that legislation anchors it. Until that moment happens you’re still challenging.

What also happens is going too far in one direction merely for the sake of challenging views can lead to a rubber band effect. Enter Trump 2.0.
