For me personally? Absolutely, I was raised with basic social graces so I default to referring to people in the way they wish to be referred to if it's not harming anybody. It is absolutely no skin off my back to give basic human dignity and respect to a transgender man by accepting their desire to be called a man.

In terms of the broader social/academic discussion around what constitutes a gender, a person with biological components of a female but self-identifies as a man and has the social lived experience of a man is enough to consider them a man.
