Lowkey, this is always the best remedy. Its just the courts are fukked for a good portion of our lives. Thats something that cant be taken back.

I think the only way we will be able to fix the Trump Courts. Is that Democrats will have to have super majorities in both houses + the Presidency. And then they would have to make really good cases for why x Judge needs to be taken off the bench. For example all the things Clarence Thomas has been doing that is basically open and shut. But, there isn't enough Dems to make that happen now.

It won't help but while Dems have the Senate - Sotomayer and many of the older judges appointed by Clinton and Obama that are still sitting. Need to seriously consider stepping down for Biden to replace them.

The fact that you've reduced an entire group's rights down to a narrow set of talking points - "sports" and "spaces" - shows exactly the kind of skewed perspective I'm talking about. There is no prominent trans discourse among Democratic politicians in the way that people like you believe. The reality is that people like you and your right-wing brothers and sisters project the actions of a small group of trans activists onto the entire Democratic Party, inflating their influence and making it seem as if transgender issues are central to the party's agenda. This is a distortion of reality, fueled by a skewed perspective, where your hate and fear directed at trans issues gets transferred onto the broader political landscape. In truth, trans issues are not as central or as pervasive in Democratic politics as some would have you think. It's like how they did CRT, DEI, Defund the Police, and so on.

It's just that your brain is so rotten and broken that you see the absence of hostility against them as a sign of centrality, but in reality, it's more about tolerance and a recognition of basic human rights. The lack of aggressive opposition doesn't mean that transgender issues are *the* issue for the party; rather, it reflects a support of marginalized communities.

At least two congressmen, Suozzi and Moulton want to drop the issue. We have a lot of work to do.
