The lies are almost as bad, if not worse than the actual acts in many of these situations.

I'd give that witness 10 years if I were a judge. These lies not only paint an incorrect picture, but you know if he survived and their was no video footage that he would have been convicted of attacking an officer.

I'd give the officer 10 years for lying and the witness as well, with restitution.

not commenting on this particular case but in general you aint fukking lying. Seen firsthand witnesses come up with bogus stories led on by others or what they feel is the right thing to do without all the facts trying to throw someone in the slammer on some unfair shyt.
