I'm skinny as fukk and binge eat like crazy sometime, just means you gon take a longer shyt but you don't really gain much weight. I still use it to help me eat more and to be relaxed and focused in my workouts. I don't think it works as well with weight lifting though since that type of focus kinda blows your high so I save those for last.

If u working out for aesthetics and bodybuilding purposes it actually helps. It's like u don't cheat because you are razor sharped focused on the particular muscle group getting worked. Not for power lifting though. You'll get tired quicker and won't be as strong. But smoke a blunt and do a back day. Be on bent over rows feeling that lat stretch. :ahh:

This may be wrong, but I think potentially marijuana speeds up your metabolism so even if you do eat tons of munchies the weight gained is minimal.

And from personal experience I've known hella skinny weedheads who binge eat

I need to do actual research to confirm that though. It's just something I remember reading (while stoned of course)
lol... yeah I've never puffed before or after a workout though. I have a friend that does this and I knew of a couple of cats who puffed before they hooped but I could never do that. I only smoke when the day is done and no big decisions need to be made:smugdraper:

I'm trynna lose weight though, will it effect me? Last year Feb before I started smoking I was 210 and fit...February this yr I was all the way up to 266 :wow:. I'm down about 25 or so lbs but last month on average I averaged about 6 blunts a day. I don't really get the muchies that bad but I'm a lil concern cuz I like smoking but will give it up easy for my health. Losing weigh is not really hard either, I just dont want it to get in the way
