Wilmington is Philadelphia but, on a smaller scale.
Trenton, NJ, Wilmington, DE, Camden, NJ and Chester, PA are all cities in the Philadelphia metro area that are basically smaller versions of Philly. Poor. Black. Ghetto. Grimy.
Wilmington is like 50-60% black.

Y'all the type of nikkas that think any city that's mostly black must be terrible right? DuPont money is there as well as all the banks. It has hood areas but the city as a whole is far from being a bad place to live. Also these Wilmington tech schools are some of the best in the area. I worked with a few privileged CACs who went there. I'm not sure what the quality of the city has to do with this girls death anyway, it's like y'all trying rationalize why this tragedy happen by lowering the expectations of black communities
