Mediocre arm strength, poor pocket presence, below-average athleticism, hero-ball tendencies despite not having the facilities for it and question marks about his character. You really believe this?

It's an extremely weak QB draft class so it's possible but I don't see it.

SCOUTING REPORT: STRENGTHS

  • Exceptional arm talent, capable of making all NFL-level throws with velocity and touch
  • Advanced pre-snap recognition, often identifying blitzes and adjusting protections effectively
  • Quick processor post-snap, working through progressions rapidly and finding open receivers
  • Displays impressive accuracy, consistently hitting receivers in stride on short and intermediate routes
  • Poised in the pocket, maintaining composure under pressure and keeping eyes downfield
  • Demonstrates good ball placement on deep throws, allowing receivers to make plays
  • Strong decision-maker, rarely puts the ball in harm's way as evidenced by low interception totals
  • Extensive starting experience against varying levels of competition, from FCS to Power 5

Yates:

Sanders is one of the purest throwers of the football that you will study in this class, as he is surgical passing from the pocket with a cannon arm and incredible accuracy.

Kiper:

You won't find a tougher or more resilient quarterback prospect than Sanders. I'm always impressed watching him throw on the move, rolling either left or right. He is very accurate in those spots and has the arm to drive the ball.

God damn, no wonder there’s so many busy. There’s no way someone who’s watched every snap can agree with all of this

No, they dont. Typically its from a top team. Tebow won it with 3 losses, which became 4 after the bowl game in 2007. It is almost always a prominent team. Paul Hornung won on a losing team that was wayy back in the 50's.
:snoop:

So then he should complain about that not make everything about himself.

I might be completely wrong but if they value playing in big teams vs big teams, playing the biggest bowls and national championships etc. more than just ballin out, he should start campaigning about that. Or take his team to the next level and have his son stay another year :yeshrug:

Going on personal beefs with journalists just seems contra-productive.

Shedeur isn't that good. He's an average QB by college QB standards. He doesn't do anything exceptionally great except throw his lineman under the bus.His dad being a Hall of fame NFL player and also his coach is helping him more than it's hurting him actually.

That would be Cam Ward

The funny thing is that I could see people gravitating to Sanders if his competition for best QB was some wack white QB being overhyped (like Beck) but that's not even the case. Ward is objectively a better college QB and NFL prospect but he gets ignored/erased by the Deion stans.

I'd put up a fuss if I'm the Deion, but I wouldn't go as far as saying the reason why he's not a candidate because he's my son, I mean that's not a good excuse.

He could be 5th or something, maybe 6th.

He's doing the same things that Jay Daniels did with LSU last year at this point in the season.

Neither Travis nor Sheduer plays in the bowl game imo, maybe a quarter

in your view what makes Ward objectively a better QB?

That’s cause they friends with Deion. Dude holds the ball way too long, he always rolls out the wrong way or drops back too far making the o line look bad. And his deep ball accuracy is suspect, all his shyt is under thrown.

Id love to see the GM who picks him as the first QB
:wow:
Damn, basically called him Bryce Young :Pantherswow:

It's hate to point out the facts? :mjlol:

Your boy is average. Stunting on scrub teams and getting folded up like a lawn chair by powerhouse programs. He threw his lineman under the bus because he calls the coach Daddy. They already questioning his character when things are going his way vs when they aren't. He plays hero ball and it backfires a lot. He's just a rich kid playing with house money right now. If he wasn't his son Deion would've told to hit the portal after some of these garbage performances. Just calling it like it is.
