No, they dont. Typically its from a top team. Tebow won it with 3 losses, which became 4 after the bowl game in 2007. It is almost always a prominent team. Paul Hornung won on a losing team that was wayy back in the 50's.

I might be completely wrong but if they value playing in big teams vs big teams, playing the biggest bowls and national championships etc. more than just ballin out, he should start campaigning about that. Or take his team to the next level and have his son stay another year

I'd put up a fuss if I'm the Deion, but I wouldn't go as far as saying the reason why he's not a candidate because he's my son, I mean that's not a good excuse.

He could be 5th or something, maybe 6th.

He's doing the same things that Jay Daniels did with LSU last year at this point in the season.

Neither Travis nor Sheduer plays in the bowl game imo, maybe a quarter
