I don't have problem with Deion being p*ssed about his belongings being stolen, but it should have been kept internal with the AD, university president, and others in house.
Him airing this out to the media does nothing but makes his employer look bad. His employer which is Jackson State realized that and started trying to do damage control and that's how the story of his belongings being recovered came out.
There are things that I don't like about my own current employer, but I would never just publically shyt on them unless I planned on immediately leaving and finding a job elsewhere and even then I'd be cautious because most people will call your former employer to see what type of employee you were in your time there. I said all that to say don't think future employers won't look at how he handled this situation and make a decision on whether they want Deion or not if plans to continue his coaching career beyond JSU.
Like someone else said here Deion is emotional and reactionary. I commend him for what he's trying to do with that program, but Deion is Hollywood through and through and he comes down there to little azz Jackson with all that flashy shyt and makes himself an easy target. Obviously, people should not steal your shyt to begin with, but you have to have some situational awareness as well.
I was never sure that he was a good fit to begin with, but based on this situation I would be shocked if he was at JSU beyond that 3 year contract.
