Deion knows the kid and has known him for years. I believe he along with like 100 other recruits were there in Jackson at the SWAC championship game.
The word is some more big time players might be signing with JSU in the transfer portal after this so we will see.

Exactly. I think this story on a surface level is attracting interest from a lot of people who don't understand what CFB is in 2021. This is not a W for HBCU's necessarily. This is a win for Primetime and something he'll use on his resume for a P5 job.

Breh if you a future high NFL prospect at CB (who is also a two way star). Its a natural fit to want to be coached and mentored by Deion. Dude gonna coach you up, show you how to build your brand, show you how to hold onto you money and etc.
