that's not a new thing...getting them on NSD is the big deal
Uh oh…..
Who says he'll play WR like that? I see him as CB primarily, with spot duty as a WR in 5 wide.
Don't forget we may use him as a returner too
Bolden might be the best in the nation at returner and he's still back. He's playing two ways like Champ Bailey and Charles Woodson used to doWho says he'll play WR like that? I see him as CB primarily, with spot duty as a WR in 5 wide.

Embarrassing behavior for a grown ass man
Always need at least two returners. Also alot of times your primary kickoff returner and punt returner are two different people.Bolden might be the best in the nation at returner and he's still back. He's playing two ways like Champ Bailey and Charles Woodson used to do
I remember when the small Black QB, Kincade transferred from Ole Miss to Grambling, it was a game changer and Cowell from UGA but those was like one player. HBCUs are starting to improve the entire recruiting class. No its not a new thing, but compared to the previous 10 years it is. This off season has seen other SWAC teams like Grambling getting 4 star transfers (the other day at QB). It didn't happen like this the last decade its been bare bones the last 8 to 10 years in the SWAC. The talent the last 10 years before Deion (really this season) ain't the same talent they had in the 2000s, 1990s and etc which was much better.
shyt before Deion ESPN wasn't even showing SWAC games outside of the SWAC championship on ESPN 2. They weren't even getting the tape delays at 1:00 am on Sunday Morning like they did in the late 2000s.
I say this as a person who has had 4 (3 at JSU) family members play football in the SWAC and my wife who has had 3 (1 at JSU) family members who played football in the SWAC. The talent influx and spotlight this past season and this off season (with the transfer portal) is the most they have had in a long time.
Thats not even talking about Hue Jackson at Grambling now and Prairie View offering Ed Reed a HC job (he turned it down though). This is night and day for the SWAC in terms of talent and spotlight.
bruh Fred Rouse, Isaiah Crowell, and many others who were 4/5-stars have gone to HBCUs cause coaches at their previous PWI stop bad mouth them or whatever out the door. Name the last T10/25/50 national recruit that signed w/ a G5 let alone an HBCU. That's what makes THIS different and monumental. And again, what built-in relationship does Hue, Eddie, or Willie Simmons got with a Bar Stool and the like? I hope this a start of a trend but in the immediate and foreseeable future, this benefits Jack State and Jack State alone. No its not a new thing, but compared to the previous 10 years it is.
