The Truth
MAGA is the grift, if left unchecked, will legit turn deadly. If you think about it, only Trump's grifting loud mouth azz is holding the entire GOP together. A lot of people, ranging from Stephen Miller to Vivek to RFK legit hate each other; lets not forget the black MAGA "both siders" like Tariq and Tommy Satomayor having a temporary 'truce'.....all possible with an 80 year old on a fast food diet, already plunging from dementia with one foot already in the grave.

Once Trump croaks, all those people I mentioned will be at each other's throats and slaying one another on some Highlander shyt.
They’re just bowing to their new king

The people around Trump realize that a cult of personality has formed around him, so they can do as they please because MAGA cultist will accept anything as long as Trump is the figurehead. However, we will see how far MAGA are willing to be pushed until they snap. There is going to be a lot of angry people.

Black Self-Sufficiency
Before we get up in arms about something, we should first make a determination of exactly how helpful it actually was to us. We hear something that should help our people, but we don't look deeper to see if it really is helping our people at a rate that is significant enough to bemoan it being removed. In the realm of corporate efforts..

"Overall, white women have benefited disproportionally from corporate DEI efforts."

Who Benefits From Diversity And Inclusion Efforts?

"Racial disparities were once the result of explicit policy and discrimination — think “Whites Only Need Apply” signs — but today, it’s subtle cultural processes that lead to unequal outcomes for Black workers, Adia Harvey Wingfield, a professor at Washington University in St. Louis and the author ofGray Areas: How the Way We Work Perpetuates Racism and What We Can Do to Fix It,” argues in her book."

We judge stuff too much from a surface level, expressing anger and disappointment based on a very limit amount of knowledge concerning the issue. We are told, DEI is good. So taking it away is seen as a loss to us. Though, when you research deeper on the issue, you find out that it was mainly good for White women, and it was not accomplishing anything near what its stated purpose is suppose to be.

We need policies tailored to help our particular issues, but unfortunately at the moment neither party has the desire nor will to do that. For the Democrats, every policy they make stating it will help us, is always diluted with measures to make sure there is a backdoor that allows the policy to actually help others more. As for the Republicans, well they do not feel the need to even fake the funk about the issue, and will just tell us to build our own. (Which WS will seek to destroy if our own becomes too successful in uplifting us).

Still, in the end, the true solution is to uplift ourselves no matter the costs. As long as we are waiting on those who benefit from our present circumstances to do it, we will always receive little to no support in doing it. It will always be just window dressing to mullify the masses who are not apt to look any deeper than the surface.

At what point can we start admitting that the election was about white mens anger at american society and now Republicans will give them a reward in the form of implicit DEI. Here's vivek saying that they want to move those federal jobs around the country to places like springfield Ohio (where neo nazis almost ran an anti Haitian progrom), and gary Indiana. This is the real DEI that no one talks about. Badicslly white guys realized that their terrorist tactics (school shooting during the 2010s and charlottsville March on washington in 2017, tried to kidnap gretchen whitmer etc) made them look bad, so they came out in full force this past election. While they organized for this everyone else decided to just stay home.

You hit on some good points. :salute:Racist, white supremacy, etc are all rooted to one thing. It's about preserving resources for themselves. Moving federal agencies to the mid-west is one of those initiatives. One thing they are great doing is rebranding and ultimately seeking the same outcome.

You think white federal workers with 6 figure jobs are gonna let Elon and Vivek get rid of their job without a fight?
I think a lot of republicans are gonna get sick of dumbasses like Vivek, Elon, and RFK messing with their money and kick them to the curb.
Nah............Too many are willing to kiss the ring. We are evening seeing Jim Clyburn who is a Dems starting to kiss the ring. Republicans including some Democrats will have no problem moving agencies to their districts.
