When I was living in BK in the early 2000's I had a coworker who was telling me about this dude round his way that was doing peoples taxes and getting them huge returns.
Dude had a line of people outside his apartment waiting for him. Turns out he was deducting something having to do with bulk work uniforms (i dunno, it sounded stupid then and it does now).
Fast forward a few months and my coworker is talking about how the tax guy got busted and people he "helped" were going down too. I'm pretty sure my coworker fell for it as well.
wow thats wild. commit fraud brehs

I don’t think that’s him but I told that nikka! :laff:

First and foremost, you said your sister applied for nikkas that are locked up. One of the conditions to apply for unemployment is that you have to be available and able to work. Being in prison is the opposite of that.

You have to certify for benefits every week/every 2 weeks, and each week you have to certify that you(the claimant) were available and able to work. Your sister knew that these men were not available for work, therefore she knowingly defrauded the government, and that’s just one of the things that is going to sink her. She’s going to prison, my guy.

Most people are just going to have to pay the money back. But people like your sister are catching cases for sure.
