Vuc's offense been a disappointment all season. Without a consistent jumper against Milwaukee, it's really going to be hard for him to be on the floor.
I really want to see if Billy Donovan chucks him in the bushes and has a quick leash if he's not scoring.

If the effort is there then yes. 2 of their losses this season were close and for one of those games, we didn't even have Lavine.

Depends on which side of the spectrum Patrick Williams lands on... He could be on a Jaylen Brown/Kawhi type of trajectory or a Marvin Williams/Jeff Green one.
Milwaukee is a horrible matchup for Chicago.
We had to grab Tristan in the buy-out market because our bigs suck. Every single front court player in Milwaukee's rotation can go for 20+ against Vuc.
Plus Donovan prefers playing lineups with 3 and 4 guards in them.
If he does that in this series, the Bucks should crush Chicago in the rebounding category

Y’all could play brook Lopez out of the rotation by simply allowing to Vuc to Jack up 8-10 3s. That’s really his game, pick and pop.
You drafted Pat Williams specifically for this series. Derozan and or Lavine should be able to at least play even with Middleton and Holiday. I would even give Derozan the edge in that Middleton match up.
The problem is the bench, Donovan has to find at least 2 or 3 guys he can trust. I would go Derrick Jones, Ayo and play small ball.

Jrue be killin us......Caruso has been mid since returning and Ayo been hit the rookie wall and Jrue be bustin his ass
PW was drafted for this type series but he a 2nd year dude with no playoff exp that basically mussed the whole year. Expecting him to hang with Giannis is a tall order
We'll have to wait and see if Billy Donovan uses different lineups and rotations in this series. I watched all season and he hasn't really shown the ability to adjust lineups accordingly.
The issue with Vuc taking a ton of 3s is that he hasn't been making them breh. He's shot plenty of them and he's been inconsistent. So that strategy only works if he's making shots. When he's missing shots, it's a shyt show because he's awful defensively. There's no one to hide him on either.
Lopez, Portis, Giannis...even Ibaka will all be able to score on him easily. Milwaukee could put Giannis at the 5 and Vuc is useless.

Them percentages don’t matter in the playoffs. Vuc is a pick and pop guy. They have to at least respect him out there and it’s about the attempts, not the makes. Derozan is one of the best mid range shooters of all time, if he can keep his man stuck to Vuc on the screen, he should be able to eat. If Pat Williams ain’t ready to play, y’all should have traded his ass.
Project Pat is too young and talented to trade for the names that were out there at the deadline.
