200 hundred layups? Damn a hundred each side? Is that 10 each angle?
Do you make like 90 percent of your lay ups in games?

I might need to incorporate this into my work out. I usually just do lay up X's unless I got a partner that will jump into me.

quality over quantity breh. Well that is, depending on your reasons for doing this. :ld: you doing this to stay in shape or are you actually training for competitive play? If its the latter then, yeah, quality over quantity breh.

Just chasing the NBA :salute:

Well, although I never got that far :patrice: I would like to give you a few tweaks if you don't mind. You didn't really go in depth about how you go about your routine so if you already do what I am about to suggest then, good. I hope you aren't doing 200 regular lay-ups back to back and then going on to 100 free throws back to back. If you are then you should consider switching it up to something like 10(5 each side) layups at full speed from beyond the arch then 2-5 free throws. 10 full court layups full speed no more than 3 dribbles...2-5 free throws. shyt like that.

You want to shoot your free throws when you're tired while your practicing. You want to put your self in more game like situations.
Then other shyt u may already know like always go full speed. Every drill full speed. Stay low during dribbling drills. Everything low and quick. Always end on a make. You dont wanna go into the next drill with your mind still on the missed shot of the last...You know, important shyt that I always see lazy kids neglecting. :snoop: And just keep challenging yourself and varying drills.

I do it in sets , 20 layups (10 each side) fullcourt but sorta half speed until I hit the 3pt line , then 10 free throws , then I do that five times.

After that I go into 3s to give myself some sort of a rest .

Once I'm half way done with 3 pointers I run my dribbling drills 10 times and then go back to 3s to finish up

After that I just finish the rest of my layups and free throws like before then practice college pull ups til I feel like I've done enough.

If people are at the park that early I'll find a game but if not I just mess around for about an hour then do it again

I see what you're sayin though . My dad used to make me run around the court and then shoot free throws :shaq2: I used to hate it and just go half speed and not really work at it, until I missed a free throw at the end of a game cause I was tired as shyt which would've put us up by 2

He gave me a quick :youngsabo: lol that hurt me

But good lookin :salute:

I just play in actual pickup games. :yeshrug: And if I'm on the court by myself with nobody else around, I practice shooting threes, pullup jump shots, free throws, and random ass left hand (I'm a righty) hook shots, floaters, and layups.
