Logic Is Absent Wherever Hate Is Present
Is it a waste of time or nah? Anybody here do it? I used to do it but Athlean says that high-low cable fly's are more effective.
ThanksDefinitely not a waste of time. I don’t live on them but I do it on certain training blocks.
If it’s just for bodybuilding and you don’t care about the strength element then cables would be best imo. You can have a stronger mind muscle connection with the cable. You can also train to failure with a cable.
What chest workouts do you do?Personally haven't done them in about 5 years.

I feel the same way. I do flat and incline. Also do flys and dips.Flat and Incline, some cable crossovers and sometimes dumbbell fly's. My bench is weak when using a bar but I have been persisting with it lately.
I am not saying Decline isn't good but it's just something I no longer do anymore personally.I felt like Flat and Incline were more beneficial to me and adding another big press wasn't needed imo.
Go further..Do all my chest work with cables now after reading Brady’s book it’s all
About pliability
Brady works out with nothing but cables and bandsGo further..
Brady works out with nothing but cables and bands
Instead of using heavy weights, he uses elastic resistance bands only to really stretch the muscles
“Muscle pliability is what you want for better movement." Flexibility is best described as the range of motion in a joint, which depends on the pliability of the muscles that operate the joint. The more "give" in the muscles, the greater your ability to hit a golf ball, ride a bike or do the gardening.”
His focus is on flexibility, not strength
The theory is that “pliable” muscles are soft and can recover faster than dense, hard tissue. By lengthening and softening the muscles, they can better absorb stress and impact
This isn’t for getting bigger
