There are already officials in Russia calling for the use of "low yield" nuclear weapons. The rational thing would be for Russian forces to go home and take the L. With Putin's ego I wouldn't be surprised if he escalates things even further.

I 1000% believe that. A majority of the saber rattling in D.C. is just to keep funding the military industrial complex. All this money being sent to Ukraine just socialism for these companies. We just have to always find a way to give them money.
