Yeah i think he had guys lifting too heavy and too much.
The new regime seems to not worry about bulking and bulking and passing your limit then getting faster and more of a hit your limit then we gonna get faster right away and save your body.

The status of sophomore running back Keilan Robinson remains up in the air. Robinson, who would likely be fourth on the Crimson Tide’s running back depth chart at this point, hasn’t taken part in any of the team’s fall camp practices. Nevertheless, Alabama is in great shape at running back. Former five-star recruit Trey Sanders, who missed his freshman season due to an injury, is apparently looking great and is expected to be a factor within the Tide’s running back rotation to go along with players like Najee Harris and Brian Robinson. In addition, it sounds like four-star freshman Roydell Williams has been making a strong early impression.
