If you started up a new job and they had to let go someone who been there for several years and who was probably well liked by a lot of people there and higher ups, the first thing you should do is anything but what Lio did. Regardless of what business you're in making fun of your co-workers getting fired is probably not a smart move. Especially in a company where pretty much everyone you work with has had a friend or someone close to them be released.
