Why were people doubting arkane? Dishonored series is heat. Gotta wait a year for this.

This x10000000000. There may come a time where I have to get an Xbox to play their games, but today is not that time. Feel like preordering this for $54 is a steal.

No matter how I feel about reviews, nice to see big numbers come in from that end.

Is the PlayStation not a way bigger platform than both xbox and to an even greater extent, gamepass? Is Psychonauts 2 lighting up twitter this way because its on gamepass? Did anyone actaully care about either dishonored game being put on gamepass?

Mostly, it didn’t chart at all, and every online discussion of it is underwhelming -as in not that active-. It didn’t make a huge splash

And I’m not hating on psychonauts 2 or doublefine I’m just saying gamepass didn’t exactly put it on a cultural pedestal like sony has for deathloop. Gamepass isn’t the marketing machine yall claim it is

Also, all of their games were just recently on sale on PSN. I got both Dishonored games and Prey (all content for all 3) for around $30 I think it was.

That IGN review might have gone over the top a little bit, but it gave me a lot of context I was missing on how the moment to momo gameplay works.

I enjoyed Dishonored (still haven't played 2), but was annoyed that it felt like you were being punished for taking the lethal route with enemies. This seems like Dishonored without the fukkery limitations.

That said, I can easily see how this could catch bad reviews from some people. Dishonored just plain wasn't for everyone. The fun is there, but you definitely have to be okay with not having objectives and the parameters around them being pretty loosely defined, and making your own fun, since the game is definitely going to make you work for the peaks of the fukkery.

Gonna switch back between Duel Sense n Elite Series 2.

i prefer the thumbstick layout on the xbox controller, but also wanna try the duel sense features since the pc version supports em. I heard they’re great.

Well a lot of the marketing for gamepass is just the free promo that sony stans such as yourself give it because yall put so much energy into discrediting it.

to this day i dont understand why sales were what they were for dishonored

that series is heat all across the board, from storytelling to depth of lore to gameplay

not to mention it was actually fun to play unlike a lot of modern shyt with emphasis on graphics and movie storytelling

in five years folk are going to treat it like some undiscovered gem of the last decade
