My first thought. The second was maybe he's sending a message to the FO about our "best player" sitting & seeing how we do lol
I guess the team is embracing the tank now because Julius is fine (saw him on I.G yesterday). With one more lost it would be virtually impossible to make the play in (6.5 half out with 11 to play with a loss) so I guess the season is over.

Don’t you remember those games. We lost without Randle and Thibs was like giddy pointing out how things aren’t so great with obi playing .

My biggest memory from that period was how Obi had his best performance of that stretch and in the post-game Thibs compared him to a back-up QB.
Obi had 19 points, 6 assists, and 6 boards on 7/12 shooting in the game that he says this after.

Leon Rose is still getting away clean in all of this. He gave him the contract. We can continue to blame Randle all we want, but we’re stuck with him and Thibs for at least another season.
