Why no streaming allowed on the PS4?
Went to the PS4 store to check out some gameplay but no "Videos" option.

All it says is "get out of the rain" and I've been wandering around for 20 mins trying to figure out how to do that.
There a cave over the hill the triggers a cut scene you see a deer head towards it

Once you get access to the motorcycle and the online building aspect opens up more, the game starts to improve tremendously.

I just got done delivering the president's body to the incinerator. Not sure what exactly happened 
but shyt got hectic so now I have to go back.
So far I'm interested in the story (although it's still pretty at this point), but I do hope there's more to the gameplay than just carrying things from Point A to Point B.

Some devs don't permit streaming or shareplaying of their games' campaign. An excuse I've heard was that they don't want buyers getting spoiled.
From my experience, Atlus blocked broadcast and shareplay features for Persona 5. I couldn't shareplay Dragon Age: Inquisition but broadcasting was allowed. Capcom was on that wave for RE remake too, I think.
Exoskeleton really makes things easier.
