he was in a fukked up record deal with profile records which is why when he did work with death row records for pac's all eyez on me he used his govt name in the credits

I don't think he's good at finding the right talent. He can work with great talents but finding and bringing his own artists hasn't been his strong point. Sugar Free is dope but he doesn't have the same appeal as a Snoop Dogg that can keep a label going.

I think you know what I mean but I don't think in saying it right lol

Suga Free might not have an appealing look that is going to sell products or something but his music is hugely appealing and full of replay value, he would be amazing on a mainstream level

so long as he can find some inspiration, i don't think so. his most recent album was all over the place and the 1st album by him i didn't really like aside from a few songs but i think quik is still a talented brother, he just gotta find some inspiration and get inspired again because clearly on "the midnight life" album he was goin' through the motions

his most recent album seemed like he was just throwing songs at it where Book of David sounded like a cohesive product

nah...

he still got it in him...he was raw in the beginning...if he sat down..n focus like he did with safe n rhythmalism....he would drop a monster ..that will fall on.deaf ears..
