The first piece of legislation the Congress supported by both sides was anti-BDs legislation when the new Congress was seated. They are going full throated on this shyt now they have a "don't give a single fukk" president in charge who is a major Israeli cocksucker, along with his son in law .
Y'all liberals wanted more government involvement. Don't complain now lol
You realize this is supported as strongly by Republicans if not more so right? The initial anti bds bill I mentioned above was drafted by Marco Rubio and its mostly Republican state governments implementing shyt at the local level like in Texas where government contractors have to pledge an oath of support to Israel before they get work from the state. Only person on the right who seems to be principled on matters of this type is Rand Paul and he is a libertarian zealot who is so far gone on that juice he has stated civil rights law is bad law since he believes it to be government overreach

Dirty South
-Florida passed legislation outlawing antisemitic thoughtcrime

-South Carolina passed a law making it illegal to boycott Israel

-Tennessee worked to pass what it calls the Anti-Semitism Awareness Bill. After this failed to gain traction, Tennessee passed a resolution declaring unequivocal support for Israel.

In the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, residents who were applying for disaster relief had to sign papers saying they would not boycott Israel. Texas has strong anti-BDS laws.

Ali Khalili plans to apply for aid from the city of dikkinson to make repairs to his home after it was inundated with water from Hurricane Harvey, but he isn't optimistic his request will be approved.

The reason? The 75-year-old's politics, including past boycotts and protests of Israel's policies.

A recently passed state law prohibits Texas governmental entities — including cities — from contracting with or investing certain public funds in companies that boycott Israel.

"Anti-Israel policies are anti-Texas policies, and we will not tolerate such actions against an important ally," Gov. Greg Abbott said in a news release earlier this year.

dikkinson's application for aid to rebuild homes and businesses requires residents to state that they will not boycott Israel during the term of the agreement, according to a form on the city's website.

The ACLU has called the requirement "an egregious violation of the First Amendment."

"We were frankly appalled that the city of dikkinson would be imposing a sort of political litmus test on hurricane relief funds," said Brian Hauss, a New York-based ACLU staff attorney.

Right wing Christian conservatives are the biggest Israel dikk riders going. They love the fascist apartheid regime of Israel & want to have the same at home. Some how you think this is part of a liberal agenda...You are a special kind of stupid.
