The BSU women felt like they weren't being heard plus the original CORE leader's BSU boyfriend cheated on her. They wanted it to be more intersectional.
In current times, CORE is super diverse and gets school funding but its a bullshyt organization with shallow intentions that doesn't do shyt for black students.
I'm only a few episodes in but this show is good with fairly highlighting different groups and perspectives but also giving slight criticism at the same time.
