I don't think DeAndre Hopkins moves the needle all that much for them. Hopkins isn't as good as he used to be. He's near the end the same way Julio Jones was in Tennessee and Tampa.

The Chiefs are still going to need Isiah Pacheco to stabilize the running game and the defense will have to remain tough because I don't see KC running up the score like they could in the past. Their offense now is a lot more deliberate...less explosive.

It's a good move in the sense that they didn't have to pay as expensive a price as the Jets did for Davante Adams, or whatever a team will pay for Cooper Kupp.

He'll greatly benefit in this system as he will not be the focal point.

He will thrive in a Ray Allen Miami Heat-type role.

Low key, Mahomes hasn't played that well this year.....yet....he still looks like the best QB in the league (except for Lamar) because he always does enough to get the dub.

That defense can carry them and Mahomes does just enough in clutch time to pull out the wins. They're basically what the Steelers are trying to be. Any boost on offense, and that team is walking to #4 for Mahomes.
