I always find it funny that people just run with allegations made after committing a serious criminal offence.

The woman is a junkie, one of the men involved went to prison for assaulting a police officer and child abuse. There's a chance that the murder victim is guilty, but I do not trust those still alive to be honest.

Honestly I don't believe this was even about the child abuse. Usually shyt like this is about drugs. Especially since it's a junkie and a felon involved

Maybe a regular murder would get a more lenient sentence but they recorded themselves torturing him, and in front of kids on top of that. This is a guaranteed max conviction.

The police said they recorded it and brought the kid out the room when they had him in the house. There'd be no reason to do that and the police know at the very least that the people involved thought he hurt the kid, its on video.
The police also know whatever the kid said when brought out, furthers their justification (as they see it) in fukking dude up. I say that to say, if anyone made an "allegation" its the child. They have him on video saying whatever the guy did.

The question is why are they trying to dismiss what the child is accusing him of?

And they do have to get into what he did, its motive. Its what every homicide case addresses even when theres a plethora of evidence. To say motive doesnt matter is ridiculous. Im not even talking about the cacs that killed him so Im not sure why you keep circling back to them. They are cooked.

No nikka. Theyre dismissing it because the cops involved are homicide detectives. Its not a child abuse case, its a homicide. Thats an entirely different dept that would do that investigation of child abuse claims. And since he already dead, it doesnt matter. There wont be a child abuse investigation so they dont care what he did.
