At the very least I'm putting money into a fund with the children. I would agree to buying the mom a home but I would need to see if she was working and all that. Also it wouldn't be a large home, just something that is stable and nice place for the kids to grow up in.
Put that house in the name of a trust for the kids, not the mom. She doesn't need to sell that and take the profits - let that go to the kids in the future. Plus if she screws up you (as Trustee) have the right to boot her out.

Obviously, he wanted to keep both his lives seperate. He also did not wish to give them anything.

If she asks me for something, I'll give the kids gifts, money for school, things that they need. She gets nothing tho. She ain't no kin to me. Children don't choose they're parents.
You're a saint worthy of praise. :mjcry:

1. I'm not even planning/attending his funeral. fukk him.
2. She had to have known he was married. fukk her, she won't ever see me again.
3. If he cared about them kids, he would have left them something. If she cared, she wouldn't have spent the last almost 10 years sitting on her butt expecting a married man to take care of them forever. They ain't getting nothing.

Lawd, this situation is a mess.

I heard a story like this IRL... well its different.

An old coworkers father was cheating on her mom for years (she was in her late 30's). When he died his mistress and her mother showed up at the funeral and was trying to get money. They were crying saying they had no where to go and nothing :mindblown: Two grown women. He didn't leave them anything either and his wife was like kick rocks.

I am
I love an admire women who toss cheaters in the garbage instead of forgiving
Cheater is already dead in this case.
Although I just re-read the original post and it makes no mention of him asking me for forgiveness, no explanation of any kind.
:wtb:

hmmm... I guess I would be looking at the tax benefits for me and mine, go from there. :manny:
