My favorite group of all-time. Them and Souls Of Mischief are the last groups standing from the 90's.

The grind date was great surprise when I bumped it. From start to finish. Nothing but dope music. Very underrated group. Innovated sampling and skits on albums. Turn the criticism into classic songs. A definitive prove that hip hop is a true art form

as a native Strong Islander I'll admit that I am biased but quite simply De La is a top 3 group of all time in hip-hop.

loved Tribe, but De La's consistency and longevity win out over Tribe.

i don't' even know where to start with them in terms of ranking their catalog because their 'weakest' albums are still 7's.

as great as 3 Feet High and Rising was...De La Soul is Dead was phenomenal!

i got it when it dropped last year. Really solid album, great concept (what else is new with them tho?). Doesn't disappoint by any means.
