Crime bills is coming back. Here in NJ they giving kids as young as 15 10 to 20 with mandatory minimums of 10 years for robberies. :francis:
As they should. They need to do the same in DC. Most of the violent crimes in DC are done by Juveniles.

DC has terrible policies. Most of the criminals don’t get prosecuted or get slaps on the wrist. They don’t even make you pay for traffic tickets in DC.

Sometimes I think it serves a purpose. :manny: Let crime ruin an area and bring down property value so investors can get a better deal. How locals talk about Navy Yard then and now is mind blowing.

I dont think so. I haven’t heard about investors buying up property in South East DC
It’s already happening

There is HUGE development coming to EOTR. See the Bridge District and St Elizabeth developments and the plans for Poplar Point. Once Navy Yard and Buzzard Point is built out the next neighborhood is Anacostia. Yall need to pay attention now and buy now if you want to stay
