Well I don't blame them. Batman might be one of the most interesting characters in comic books PERIOD. It's the only real clear advantage DC has over Marvel character-wise. Superman is a classic, but he's always been too overpowered and not compelling enough to write for.

I always wondered why nobody thought to make a superman game where he just doesn't have all of his powers yet or make a game where he loses his powers or is extremely weakened. I figured all of the issues with making a superman game was him being so powerful.

There been plenty of games with people as powerful if not more powerful than superman

There are some great superman stories out there. I think they should focus on his genius because dude might be as smart as batman but they always assume we know all there is to know. But yeah batman does have some great stories. I just hate how now dude is unbeatable with prep time. Superman should be able to give batman the beats without getting out bed

A young justice movie would do numbers

They would get the twightlight teen angst audience, the little kid audience, hard core comic book nerds, the general public at large who will watch anything superhero anyway (and will instantly recognize robin, superboy and static), the white black and latino communities, women, international audiences.. etc

there's a genuine character for everybody and the only outrage would probably be if/when they make one of the characters gay to get the glbt community invested

but really, DC has a potential home run.. granted i think they may no longer own the rights to static shock, as there was some stuff goin on about that around the time the young justice show got canceled.

Thank you! I'm not trying to stan Aquaman, but dude can be gully as hell. A movie about him summoning waves and taking down enemies with his trident on some God of War shyt. Him squaring off against Black Manta . The budget will be pretty sizeable tho if a lot of the movie is under water. They need to get this done before Marvel does their Namor movie. They already got an Aquaman casted as well...
