I used to live over that way on Sargent Rd NE..it was bad, but NEVER this bad over there…the whole city dealing with these “knucklehead” crimes like vandalism and carjackings. My sis and her husband live off E. Cap St SE and they hurrying to get up outta there…while city dealing with this…
