that makes me think he’s gonna go small scale for this initial superman movie.

Obviously two batman universes aren't the end of the world money wise but it's going to create an issue with unity within the company

There was NEVER any chance they were gonna reboot a new DCU and NOT involve Batman…


Many of us were debating on if there was a way to incorporate Matt Reeves vision into the reboot but the second option was always a different Batman and different continuity

It won’t affect unity as it’s an elseworld project.

I'm probably misreading it but it feels like doubletalk. It was reported like he wasn't touching batman at all.

It may affect some things unity wise because of the production schedule, plus whichever one fans want more, theyll toss the other to the side.

Can definitely see some stepping on toes on tryna take priority on when to come out or get production started

probably by phase the end of the chapter 3 they "kill" batman after fighting darkseid
then have that dikk Grayson batman movie
then have a tv show where batman is going through time and maybe he's fighting vandal savage in each time period with cameos of past superheroes

Movies, tv shows, and animation will be tied together. I’m sure they’ll introduce pieces the same way the MCU has.

Also we’ve technically always had two of many characters if you also watched the Arrowverse, Doom Patrol, Titans and DCU. Lol it’s not that hard
