the recovery of the move increased so you cant spam it as easily now (seemingly)his heat vision increased and that shyt alone did some damage
the only buff he got was the Superman Punch got 2 hits of armor.
f-2,3 spam got nerfed (seemingly)
extra damage scaling on everything
extra recovery frames on everything
5 frame super up from 2 which was retarded as fukk to begin with. 5 can still punish a lot of shyt though
