He needs more buffs despite what HNIC says. He relies on meter+trait to get significant damage but neither builds quickly enough. Despite being the fastest dude on the planet, his super loses to everything and has slower startup than Supermans. Have him build meter quicker, and give his super the same properties as Clark and I'm happy
