Well from the same guy who leaked Doomsday and the remaining DLC comes a new leak. According to him after digging around the season pass data he found this-

It seems that the meanings of the four in order are - Martian Manhunter, Red Hood, Power Girl, and Sub-Zero. Is it true or not? You be the judge.
A picture he put up proves that there will eventually be another set of 4 DLC characters after Lobo, Zod, Batgirl, and Scorpion. Check it out; hes apparatnly unlocked the DLC_Character_Basemodel setting in the "Coalesced.eng" as DLC:

i love Mortal Kombat but as a purist I dont want to see any MK characters in Injustice Id rather them be DC characters, there are so many good characters who would fit in the game who should be given preference

Doomsday was playable from the jump tho.
and from a marketing perspective it makes sense to have MK characters in the game since the developers actually OWN the rights to those characters unlike the D.C ones (I won't cop them tho because I already own MK1-3/Triligy/MKvsDC/MK9 if I wanna use Scorpion/Subzero)
The only joints I'm copping are Martian Manhunter, Powergirl/Supergirl, and Zod (and possibility Red Hood, depending on how dope his gameplay looks)

But since I don't acknowledge Scorpion it's buy 3 get 3 and some costumes for characters I don't use. I'll just buy Batgirl solo

He didn't sell his soul ...he never owned mortal kombat, midway did and when they went bankrupt and their properties were sold off like thq recently did wb bought some of their properties, with mk being their biggest acquisition

Ed Boon used to be on Midway, until it tanked in 2009. Then WB games bought them out and Boon brought his development team with him for future MK games.
But Imagine the likes of Static on there?
The storymode is insane
Superman giving no fukks,the way he just merked Billy Batson like that ... fukkin' shut his mouth with one breathe and lobotomized him casually
And you can tell they went out of their way to make Aquaman a very viable threat, in game play and in the story mode - where dude single handedly beat up the entire Atlantis squad, calling up all the sea monsters during the battle with Superman's soldiers, etc.
They portrayed DC characters with justice in the story mode. That evil Superman was no joke and proves that he can get as gully, and scary, as any villain in comics. DC or Marvel.
