Best Buy GCU has been offering a 20% discount ($60 down to $48) on all games for years now. Best Buy also adds an additional $10 gift card incentive for pre ordering on a lot of big releases.
Amazon prime has been doing the same thing for a while now too.
Has nothing to do with Sony.
