I'm not going past 3 plates. I squat so I can lift bytches with a few extra pounds. I'm definitely not fukking with anything near 300 but I just want to lift anything with a vagina like a feather.

Half agree, depends on the lifter, there was this one guy who has ridiculous form, looks obese , and believes he will won day win worlds strongest man.. walks around the gym with a huge carton of whole milk,takes ten-20 minute rest breaks after one rep , Iam talking a huge carton of milk ,, his form was so bad people refused in the end to spot him ,because he was dangerous. He would also make comments about people with six packs getting fat, and telling the few women we get in the gym to lose weight. The man has no self awareness. He is an extreme case,but I have met others who say they are 'powerlifters' and they cause more trouble than benefit the gym.

However,... nearby my gym there is a university, and because their gym is always busy, the chaps from the powerlifting team, come to our gym , and these guys are extremely fit, and have to fit into certain weight classes, they take things very seriously and one or two have bodies that I wouldn't be ashamed to go on the beach with,put it that way.
