The worst part about it all is that the brother who looks like if he took care of his body he would be a beast. He seems to be a tall person and assuming that he doesn't have any physical conditions, he could have been a great fitness influencer instead of killing himself with all those meals. In a different universe, he would have 10% body fat and be in peak form.
