Why do ppl focus on Eminem? Its really a way just to get attention. Royce is better than Black Thought, Lil Wayne, and a lot of top rappers. but nobody focus on that. Royce is a great lyricist, but subpar artist. Eminem made songs ppl wanted to hear.

"Lyrically" is an overused and misused word. Royce aint that bar heavy like that...he's just a fantastic amazing rhymer, the multis and internals and all that are top notch. What he's actually saying tho be butt a lot of times. Him and Eminem are like Ken and Ryu imo, almost identical skill sets but Eminem delivery/voice/whiteness/flow sets him apart

Daylyt does that too...super-rhyming and not really saying anything...or forcing reachy ass wordplay.. Daylyt is great tho, better than Eminem and Royce imo, bar wise.

Not even to bring him into it, but Lupe can do everything that these guys do with the rhyming patterns and shyt…but on top of that he is actually super bar heavy with it…like he’s saying something with it, not just randomness. I won’t even get into the wordplay…. All these guys are human beings bro lol, Lupe isn’t. Daylyt is real good tho.

Man I was salty cuz I was listening to "Not Alike" a lot when that Lupe/Royce beef popped. That Royce verse was so smooth and Em had bars on there.
