There's another video of him begging for mercy because one of his opps told him that he had his daughter's location and was threatning to kidnap her and burn her alive in front of him.
Thats what happens when you do people dirty. Dude was a psycho, they say he had more than 70 bodies under his belt, and he enjoyed torturing his victims before killing them, both mentally and physically. Which is unfortunately very common in the crime world in DR.
The violence has been spiraling out of control tho lately, bodies are being found chopped up, decapitated, burned, etc all over the place. Almost like the devil is running loose. There's a war starting to take place now that the DEA has been cracking down on alot of local businesses linked to one of the biggest and most powerful crime organizations in the caribbean. shyt is only starting!!
This "Cirujano" guy, who happened to be linked to Big Papi's attempted murder, is just one of hundreds of dudes just like him and even worse than him that do as they please while the police and the military look the other way. Probably because alot of them are active members of law enforcement and the military.

The camera man and the guy who was holding the glock/pistol might be cops or military. The one holding the pistol is wearing a dog tag and I've notice last time when i was in DR ,it was usually military or cops be wearing that dog tags with regular clothes to let the other cops know that they are "in".

And you just can’t be in these hoods without knowing people and just rolling with people that can be trusted. If you dress fresh out there in the hood, you gonna stand out. I was out there in my cousin’s hood with fresh clothes and Js and my shiny ass Guess watch.
But I was just going back and forth to a shorty’s crib to spend the night and the other shorty lived a lil bit more back from the other one. Let’s just say yo ass don’t wanna be walking around them parts shinning. Even the taxis you take gotta be trusted. Way too much robbing in DR, especially in December.
