You're trying to be contrary and making my point for me. If it's the whole country, ALL THE MORE REASON to stay out of there. You act like David Ortiz doesn't have the resources to literally live anywhere in the world. No reason to be getting shot in a DR slum when you're a multi millionaire who's world famous. Did you see the footage of what happened to him? That could happen to him literally anywhere in the world. He wasn't in a slum. That's like you getting shot in Downtown LA and then someone telling you, "you might need to relocate to Canada" He has the resources to live anywhere else and he DOES. For all you know, he was visiting, since he works in America still. But regardless of that, that's home. That's always home. The idea that you could never go back because of some shyt that could happen to him anywhere is crazy talk. You got people out there that lived through dictatorships and civil unrest and wild economic poverty, move here, and when they're ready, STILL move back because that will always be home. You never fully feel like America is home forever.
