No they were not... and for you to suggest as such... well..... :snoop:
Yeah, Jackson is black and Brooks is white. Totally different. Its not like they were both inexperienced coaches whose teams steadily improved thanks to good drafting...teams that went from lottery teams to contenders...teams that disappointed as they got deeper in the playoffs and the coach's lack of imagination on offense was exposed badly, particularly late in games. These are completely different situations.

Coaches are extremely stubborn and Lee would have been putting up his usual numbers, Draymond wouldn't have been with the starting unit so his impact would have been different coming off the bench. Kerr decided to bring Iguodala off the bench in preseason, they had their entire championship lineup on day 1 of the regular season with Barnes & Dray starting, if Lee isn't hurt he would have been in the lineup with them winning games and they would have been reluctant to change it.

Lee was pegged as the starter, Dray doing what he did wasn't something they really expected.
Lee was getting regular tick for the Cs and lost his spot in the rotation to Tyler Zeller, Draymond would have x'd him out of that spot fam.

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
I still think Draymond would eventually started before the end of the season, especially since his minutes would've increased as the season went on. :manny:

The chemistry to win the title may not have been there though, very rarely do you drop someone into a lineup and win out :jbhmm:

It still would've been there, Draymond might not have played as many minutes with the starters, but he would've played enough. I mean look at all the different lineups Kerr used during the season to build chemistry. I mean they didn't have the best ball-movement and player movement for nothing. Every player on that roster could pretty much play with each other. Draymond playing less minutes wouldn't have affected that to the point where they wouldn't have won a title.

Draymond showed flashes of his basketball IQ ever since he came up. You knew he could do everything to help the team win, but nobody knew he'd develop to be so good at each thing. The skills were there though, especially passing. He was always aware of what he was going to with the ball before he got it, so i think he would have forced his way in eventually. The problem with Lee was his defense, and that would have continued to be an issue. Also, he lost his range with the jumper. Sooner or later, his ineffectiveness would have led him to the bench.

7mile to SE & Uptown!
Tonights game is a real example of why they needed... Dray absolutely NO interior defense :francis: him and Andre would have been a perfect combination like Johnny Gill and Stacey Lattisaw(pause) :mjcry:
