Are you just saying this cause he criticised Jay Z? Lol. Or do you actually have a solid understanding of David Icke with research conducted to come to these conclusions? You call everything smartdumb lol, some things are just smart lol. And why a CAC? Who is he oppressing? Do you just hate all white people as a standard? Lol. In regards to a Hip Hop board, it IS relevant to a Hip Hop board for several reasons, because many artists have sampled him, or researched him, and legends have spoken about him such as KRS-One, he himself is talking about Hip Hop in some of the videos posted, and there is an MC at the beginning of the first video, and there has been several Hip Hop songs posted, I also know several underground artists that are inspired by David Icke. I could go on but you should get the point. Elitist in what sense? I assume you are talking about the Hip Hop part... In regards to what he said about Jay Z, I don't even personally fully agree with him, now possibly, but in the past Jay has exhibited deeper and more meaningful material, but the principle I relate to and there are some factual things that he said also.

Please don't let this man mislead you with the spookism, I've read a lot of his books much to my chagrin, read them shyts like a work of fiction and it makes for a fun read.
David Icke is far from an idiot, he is highly intelligent. If you don't agree with his view points that is fine, but he is certainly not an idiot. It's not really about misleading, I don't think anybody here has said they follow everything Icke says without question, research or their own opinions mattering, but he says some real shyt too, infact quite a lot. And he has said a lot which has turned out to be true. I respect him.
This guy seems intelligent but I can't get into his message. While it's well researched, it doesn't make leave me feeling enlightened. I'm more like

One of the marks of a great leader and orator is the ability to grasp someone's attention fairly quickly in a meaningful way. That's what makes some poets and rappers more successful than others. Hell, we even see that with certain posters on this site.
This guy lacks that ability imo.

That's fair enough. To each their own. Personally I have learnt a lot from David Icke, I don't necessarily agree with everything, but most of what I don't agree with is only cause I don't know. The stuff I do agree with I KNOW is true or have seen to be true later on. Some people are scared when it gets that deep, and that raw (not saying you by the way) so it can fukk with them or depress them. But David Icke has said a lot of real shyt, the cutting edge shyt in the OP is PHENOMONAL as a lecture, one of the greatest I've ever heard, and I listen to many. I would listen to David Icke over Vinnie Paz anyday, I put him in that KRS/Chuck D category though personally, and they both seem to respect him.
I'm not sure about that, I find David Icke very charismatic. Very intelligent, articulate while still being understandable. Simple while still being complex content wise. How much have you heard out of interest?
But ultimately it's to each their own. I just personally like the guy, but he's one of many people I at least hear out. There's a balance to be had though, I don't spend all my days listening to David Icke lol, but he has made some very interesting points that have ended up being true. Sometimes years later.

Not sure, he was the first one who I personally heard expose Jimmy Savile as a paedophile. He has a vast range of things he talks about, extremely vast. There are multiple sources about everything mostly, but doesn't make sources without merit. He's opened up a lot of people's eyes to many things.

David Icke is reaching a lot of people though. So I think his voice helps bring a lot of things to light on a mass level. Everyone has a role they can play.
Exactly. Also, as it relates to Hip hop...for those of us that have lived it's revolution and now evolution, a 60+ yr old white guy telling us the ills of misogynistic and materialistic lyrics and their impact on society just doesn't help.
Course it helps, knowledge can come from any source. And it's inspired A LOT of people within Hip Hop.
