Bottom line is this: if there's dudes thats hating on East it's because there's nothing OUTSTANDING about the dude. I like most his music but he doesn't have music as dope as some of his contemporaries and definitely not as dope as the 90's rappers some have tried to compare his brand of rap to. He doesn't have a standout personality either. Cats can bring up LL or whoever, but most dudes fukk with LL. He has that quality that dudes fukkrd with him even if he made alot of music that catered to females. Same goes for the rest of the dudes girls loved that I mentioned earlier (Pac, Nas, Meth, TI...). East hasn't shown that charismatic quality or aura that them dudes have. With that said, I STILL HAVEN'T MET A DUDE OPENLY HATING ON BRO, OFF THE INTERNET. Most dudes I know likes his music.
