I don't think he's boring. It's more of a I'm too cool for school feeling with him. He's sounds way too comfortable compared to his earlier projects.

i seen a comment somewhere they said he's the "ghetto'' version of J. Cole, which might be accurate. but i mess with dude's music alot. he's got bars, he just needs to pick the charisma up a little more.

He's relying too heavy on being a real Harlem nikka. East is the 2nd coming of Vado with better bars. He can spit but he just doesn't have that it factor to take him up a notch. He's definitely not weak on bars and has a decent flow but it gets old.
