This is such a fixable thing

Literally one less meal a day and 10 minutes of exercise

That man is clearly battling an addiction. You don't get to be that size and not have a major issue with addiction. He needs professional help and probably surgery.

Somebody that size is probably taking in a lot of liquid calories and has to start there.

Do you walk up to a drug addict and just say do a little bit less of the drug you're addicted to? A gambling addict and say just cut a few hours out of the casino or buy a few less lottery tickets? An alcoholic and say just one less drink a day?

Him eating one less meal a day isn't going to fix his addiction. He may drop a few pounds short term but they'll come back eventually. Someone who eats themselves to that size has a lot more going on than just some bad choices.
