No tf they aren't "a people", you not gon run that bullshyt line by us. The words latino and Hispanic are some of the most general catch all terms in human history when it comes to classifying people. Within the scope of those two terms exist many different nations in different regions of the world, and within the scope of each individual country representative of the so called Latino demographic exists many different ethnicities races and cultures, all with differing social standings and sociopolitcal views. A middle class white Cuban living in a Miami suburb shares little in common with an el Salvadoran ms-13 refugee living in an LA barrio who shares little in common with a dark skinned Dominican living in Santo Domingo who gets called cocolo and gets discriminated against because he has a French last name, besides the fact that they speak some form of spanish. So no Hispanics don't fit the bill of being a particular ethnicity or race.

And from all sides of the die they will have no problem distancing themselves from and shytting on other Hispanics of a different ethnicity or a darker race. But all of a sudden when there's something to gain it's disingenuous people like you with your hands out claiming to be one big downtrodden people looking for a free ride. Foh. No when somebody says fukk Hispanics that's exactly what they're saying, fukk Hispanics. Negates the caveat the definition you quoted specified that racism has to directed towards a particular race or ethnicity.

Beyond the semantics i see nothing wrong with practicing discernment. Black people are starting to wake up to the two sided games Hispanics of all ethnicities play here in America in the name of striving for whiteness and we want no parts of it.
