Where didn't I live. The only country you can't eat well off of local dark skinned women is Panama because they have a Jamaican culture, so color isn't as big a deal as say Costa Rica or Bolivia? If I had to name two specifically, I'd say DR and Colombia. I've seen dudes give the to DIMES literally, because they were dark, I stepped in for moral support on many a stormy night

And maybe you feel dark skin dimes are the best because you said it yourself, you rarely see them... Same reason gold is worth more than silver and diamonds are worth more than gold... The rarer it is the more value it's gonna hold naturally.
