No, it isn't. Beautiful dark skin women are plentiful. Attractive dark skin women are rare in the U.S. because the media has programmed them to think they're not attractive. White women are constantly put on the pedestal and praised. That's why you see alot of women mutilate themselves to adopt white features (skin bleaching, thinner nose, having plastic surgery to get European facial features). Most black women just give up and stop trying to be sexy so they let themselves go (gaining weight, not eating healthy, getting pregnant as soon as possible before what little stock value they have left depreciates).

I'm sure if a dark skin girl grew up in a two-parent household and a healthy family environment she wouldn't develop a low self-esteem induced by the mainstream media and be like one of the girls you posted in OP. Also the colorism going on in the black community certainly isn't helping.
